Client Terms & Conditions and Astrology Disclaimer

Welcome to Lunar Matrescence. By purchasing, booking, or participating in an astrology reading, consultation, written report, or group event, you acknowledge and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Nature of Services
Lunar Matrescence provides astrology-based services, including natal birth chart interpretations, synastry and relationship analyses, planetary transit discussions, written reports, individual consultations, and group events.
All services are intended for personal reflection, self-exploration, and entertainment.
Astrological interpretations are symbolic and subjective in nature. They are not scientifically established methods of predicting future events or determining individual outcomes.
Lunar Matrescence makes no representations or guarantees regarding the accuracy of astrological interpretations or the occurrence of specific future events.
2. No Professional Advice
Services provided by Lunar Matrescence do not constitute medical, psychological, psychiatric, legal, financial, fertility, or other licensed professional advice.
Any discussion of topics such as pregnancy, fertility, relationships, marriage, career, finances, or health is offered exclusively through an astrological and interpretive lens.
Clients should consult appropriately qualified professionals before making decisions concerning their health, reproductive care, finances, legal matters, or other significant life circumstances.
Lunar Matrescence does not diagnose, treat, or prevent medical or psychological conditions.
3. Personal Responsibility and Client Decisions
By participating in a reading or purchasing a report, you acknowledge that all decisions you make following an astrological consultation are your own.
You understand that astrological interpretations are not instructions, guarantees, or recommendations to take or refrain from taking any particular action.
You agree to exercise your own judgment and accept responsibility for your personal choices and actions.
You acknowledge that Lunar Matrescence does not control or guarantee the outcomes of decisions you make based on information discussed during a consultation or included in a written report.
4. No Guaranteed Results
Lunar Matrescence makes no guarantees regarding future events, relationships, pregnancy, career advancement, financial outcomes, or other personal circumstances.
A reading may explore potential themes, patterns, and symbolic interpretations associated with a birth chart or planetary transit. Such interpretations should not be understood as definitive predictions.
Individual experiences and outcomes will vary.
5. Client Information and Accuracy
Clients are responsible for providing accurate birth information, including birth date, birth time, and birth location, when applicable.
Lunar Matrescence is not responsible for inaccuracies in astrological interpretations resulting from incorrect or incomplete information supplied by a client.
If an exact birth time is unavailable, the client acknowledges that certain chart elements may be approximate or unavailable.
6. Confidentiality and Privacy
Lunar Matrescence respects the personal nature of client consultations and will take reasonable measures to protect information provided during the booking and reading process.
Client information will be used to prepare and deliver purchased services and for related business administration.
Lunar Matrescence will not intentionally disclose identifiable personal information or private consultation details for promotional purposes without the client's permission, except as required by law or as reasonably necessary to provide the service.
Clients participating in group events acknowledge that other attendees may hear information shared during the event. Lunar Matrescence cannot guarantee that other participants will maintain confidentiality.
7. Payment, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payment is required according to the terms displayed at the time of booking or purchase.
Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund eligibility are governed by the policies disclosed during the booking process.
If Lunar Matrescence must cancel a scheduled service and cannot provide a mutually acceptable alternative, the client will receive a refund for the undelivered service.
Nothing in these terms limits any refund or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.
8. Intellectual Property
Written birth chart reports, synastry reports, and other original materials created by Lunar Matrescence are provided for the purchasing client's personal, noncommercial use.
Clients may not reproduce, distribute, resell, or commercially publish original Lunar Matrescence materials without prior written permission.
Clients may share their personal experiences and discuss the information received during a reading.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lunar Matrescence shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services, including decisions made in reliance on astrological interpretations.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Lunar Matrescence's aggregate liability arising from a particular service shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for that service.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other nonwaivable obligations.
10. Voluntary Participation
By purchasing or participating in a service, you acknowledge that your participation is voluntary.
You understand the interpretive nature and limitations of astrology and agree to participate with those limitations in mind.
11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Acknowledgment and Acceptance
By checking the agreement box during booking or submitting a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
You further acknowledge that astrology services provided by Lunar Matrescence are intended for personal reflection and entertainment, do not replace professional advice, and do not guarantee any particular outcome.
